Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptmon. If you create an account, you’re responsible for activity under it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts or content that are illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, or other content prohibited by our AI providers.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, script or automate play, or interfere with matchmaking, rankings, or other players.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls of the Service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you write. You grant us a license to store, display, and process them as needed to operate the Service (for example, generating images, scoring rounds, and showing replays to players in your match). Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and are subject to those providers’ terms.

Credits & purchases

Some features use credits, which you can buy through Stripe. Credits are a limited license to use paid features, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Prices and pack contents may change.

Rankings & fair play

Elo, XP, and leaderboard standings are provided as-is for fun. We may adjust, reset, or remove standings to preserve fair play or fix errors.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
